1. What is your regular practice about terms of payment?
Usually, T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid before shipment. For small amount, say less than USD$ 6,000, full payment in advance to save bank fee.

We wish to provide you with 100% satisfaction. However, should you experience a concern or problem, please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone call, so that we may take prompt corrective action on our part.

3. What are the supported file formats for artwork?
The supported file formats is PDF, AI.

4. When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgent, we can quote for you within 2 hours based on all details you provide.

5. How long can I got this sample?
After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.
